BLW: Scrambled Eggs with Chives

Eggs are a great source of protein for babies and making scrambled eggs is very easy. Do make sure the eggs are cooked through – but not over cooked!

Here’s what I did:

Combine one egg, 1 tablespoon chopped chives, a pinch of black pepper and a tablespoon of milk (or cream). You can omit the milk.

Heat pan, add a little oil or butter. Add in egg mixture. Reduce heat to medium low and just keep stirring till egg is cooked. Turn off heat, let eggs cool and serve.
